We welcome you to The Hilltop Estate, a unique and ideal location for weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners and special events. The warm and welcoming venue can accommodate up to 200 invited guests and can very easily handle your special event needs.

The open and airy setting situated on 4 acres of land is surrounded by lush vegetation, eucalyptus, oak and pine trees. We are located on the edge of the San Pablo Reservoir nestled in the rolling El Sobrante hills, just 8 miles from Orinda, and close to the Kennedy Grove Recreation Area, which offers additional barbeque and special event possibilities with its proximity to The Hilltop Estate.

The Hilltop Estate offers stunning views from every room of the house as well as outside on the wrap around multi-level deck, where your wedding or reception guests can enjoy spectacular views and sunsets. The venue also has a large private courtyard which is ideal for ceremonies, cocktail parties, or barbeque dining. The Hilltop Estate features an open floor plan with spacious rooms capable of handling various event styles and guest capacities. For our caterers, we offer the use of a Commercial-sized Wolf Range with an open kitchen design, perfect for your special event needs.

The wrap around multi-level deck can be used for cocktail receptions, buffet or barbeque dining, and has plenty of space for one or two bar set ups. There is also plenty of open space for tenting in front of and along side the house, as well as additional space behind the property that can be used for catering set-up or to park up to 18 guest vehicles. The private driveway and ample street parking offer the possibility of convenient valet parking as part of your event.
